Now that we have just got into 2012 and the Christmas & New Year Festivities are behind us we just wanted to let you know that The Team at Heritage Gardens are planning a series of exciting competitions for 2012 starting this month.
GET YOUR SPRING GARDENING PROGRAMME OFF TO AN EARLY START BY WINNING THIS ATTRACTIVE AND PRACTICAL HAND TOOL & PLANTING COLLECTION ! THE COMPETITION WINNER WILL RECEIVE A BURGON & BALL SEED BOX ORGANISER,A SOPHIE CONRAN HAND TROWEL & FORK EACH IN A PRESENTATION CASE TOGETHER WITH A PAIR OF SOPHIE CONRAN GARDENING GLOVES.
All you have to do is tell us what products you like and might buy that are currently on our website and also what products you would like to see on the site that we do not offer at present. The Heritage Team will decide which Entry is the most helpful in order that we may continue to offer an unparelled online shopping experience for garden products. During 2011 we sponsored several competitions for customers and prospective customers of Heritage Gardens in the national and local media and also online.
1. Garden News - A £250 Lutyens Bench for the winner of a Bumper Crossword Competition.
2. Amateur Gardening 5th February - A lady from Windsor was the lucky winner of a garden shed worth £495. She decided to upgrade to a more suitable £850 garden building with a £495 discount.
3. Garden Answers March issue - we provided 25 Speedweeders (£10.95 each) for the first 25 readers to write in. A discount offer was made available for the readers who wrote in but were unsuccessful.
4. Saga E Newsletter - Win a £75 Heritage Plum Wheelbarrow. This was one of the most popular competitions that Saga have run online.
5. The Times + New Website . A Competition running during May and June to win an All Weather Rattan furniture set together with a stylish Teak sun lounger worth £1000. It was a very popular competition with 10,974 entrants !
Finally, we were Sponsors of the Coombe Trenchard Arts & Crafts Festival on 17/18 June where the prize was a Haddonstone Gothic Stone Planter.The Prize Draw was conducted at our request by garden expert,writer and broadcaster Toby Buckland.
The purpose of our competitions with their valuable and individual prizes is raise our profile nationally and to draw to potential customers attention the excellent range of high quality garden products and gifts which will not be found in the average garden centre and often not on other online garden retail websites either.
