Garden Cold Frame 4' x 4'

Garden Cold Frames are an ideal way of getting planting off to a flying start and sheltering delicate plants from the worst of the British weather. In early Spring, the soil inside the Garden Frame will warm up much more quickly than outside, allowing earlier planting, and the young plants will be sheltered from the cold, wind and rain.  

The unique sliding side and top panels of glass on this Garden Cold Frame provide for infinitely variable ventilation and easy access.  The sturdy aluminium framework carries a 25 year guarantee and this model is glazed with strong 3mm toughened safety glass, which will not bend or bow in snow or high winds.

This 4'x4' Garden Cold Frame is designed to stand directly on the soil or on a raised base and is compatible with our range of raised beds which are elsewhere in this section.
