All of our products over £50.00 are delivered to most UK mainland addresses free of charge. The price you see for a product is the price you pay, including VAT & Delivery.
Orders Below £50.00 in value have a £4.00 delivery charge applied. THERE ARE NO OTHER DELIVERY CHARGES TO MAINLAND ENGLAND ADDRESSES.
Most products are Delivered Free of Charge to Scotland and Wales - however owing to Carriers Costs - Certain Products to Scottish and Welsh Addresses have a delivery charge applied in Check out Section - these are made very clear prior to any of your details being entered onto our system

Some of our products are available for FREE delivery into these areas. All Deliveries to addresses outside the UK Will Incur a delivery charge.
Please assume that delivery of larger Items for example including Sheds, Summerhouses, Log Cabins, Greenhouses, Garden Structures is to Kerb Side. Many Delivery Drivers (but not all) will help to move items beyond the kerb.
Delivery schedules quoted on product pages are intended as a guide only. Schedules are based on our experience of what is the approximate AVERAGE delivery period of the relevant supplier. For more information please see: SECTION 5 of our TERMS and CONDITIONS Of SUPPLY
Orders placed during a weekend where next day delivery is stated will usually be delivered on the following Tuesday. Bank Holiday Weekends: Next Day Delivery Orders received over a bank holiday weekend will usually be delivered on the following Wednesday. No deliveries are made between Christmas and New Year.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return your product any unopened non-faulty items returned by you to our premises or address of our choosing complete with packaging, manuals / instructions and any fixings within 14 days (7 Days in the case of Timber or Stone Products) of purchase may obtain a full refund. If it is required that we collect there will be a carriage cost.
The Company accepts no responsibility for any consequential loss caused to the buyer for the receiving by us our our agents of faulty goods i.e. please insure goods that are returned to us as the liability for goods whilst in transit is yours.
