This weeks Calamondin trees will be delivered with plenty of green fruit that will ripen over the coming weeks. Don't forget calamondin fruits can be used either green or orange and are really good to experiment with. When green they taste more like limes and this is how they are picked in the Philippines, whereas when left to ripen they have a sour but more fragrant orange flavour. The set also includes a bottle of wine and the spices to make mulled wine - a special treat on a cold winter's evening!
