Players have been battling it out on backgammon boards for thousands of years – early versions have been found in the ruins of Pompeii and buried with the Pharaohs. Handmade in Greece, this good-looking set has individually inlaid points and folds neatly in half, secured by two polished brass fasteners. A handsome addition to any family games collection and a lovely Christmas gift.
