Product Description

The true bergamot – the flavour of Earl Grey tea.

Citrus bergamia is the aromatic citrus whose oil gives Earl Grey its distinctive flavour. It has heavily scented blossom, fragrant leaves and unusual pear-shaped fruits that ripen from green to yellow. A special gift for tea lovers, chefs and citrus collectors. Supplied around 70cm+ tall in a 5L pot.

Bergamot is one of the less hardy citrus, so keep it in a bright conservatory or next to a large sunny window over winter, and move it outside only once nights are reliably mild. Water thoroughly when the topsoil is dry and feed with a citrus fertiliser.

Delivered gift wrapped with full care instructions.
