One of the most highly regarded wheelbarrow designs in the UK, the Cruiser is less than 2 feet wide, enabling it to fit anywhere, so making it ideal for gardeners, landscapers, equestrians and the agricultural market alike.
The Cruiser's 100 - 120 litre tray is moulded in tried-and-tested Polypropylene, which most gardeners consider the ideal garden barrow material. It has a substantial galvanised steel chassis, fashioned from a single length of heavy grade 30mm tubing. The frame is constructed with oversize bracing underneath the floor of the tray and includes a front tray support as well, bracing the wall of the deep tray where it most needs it. The frame is galvanised and fitted with solid steel skids at the base of the legs, thus protecting the tubing against wear and tear. The frames are Seam-welded rather than spot-welded, and the cross-braces are oversized to stiffen and strengthen the frame.
This wheelbarrow will take the knocks of many thousands of hard landings on concrete, gravel and so on.
The Cruiser is supplied with the superb County X4 wheel, complete with roller bearings to guarantee friction-free rolling for many years. This design even helps should you need to do a simple DIY puncture repair as the 4-ply block pattern tyre is fitted with a pneumatic tube.
